  • For Cash on Delivery, the order will be processed as soon as the order has been placed. For Credit and Debit cards, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed. For GCASH, we will process your order once we receive the payment confirmation.

  • The shipping courier will depend on where the order will be sent to. Metro Manila deliveries – J&T, GogoExpress, Shopee Express, NinjaVan, Borzo, Lazada Express, Flash, and private couriers Provincial – NinjaVan, Shopee Express , J&T & Lazada Express.

  • You can email us at customerservice@samasiainc.com with a photo of the item and your concern so we can assist you in replacing your items.

  • You can email us at customerservice@samasiainc.com with a photo of your package when it arrived, let us know what your order number is and what item was missing.

  • We are sorry that we can’t offer you a refund once you have received your order although we can replace any incorrect or damaged item/s.
